Police are appealing for witnesses after a 53-regisration silver Vauxhall Corsa was stolen from outside a home at Ipswich Road in Woodbridge and was later found overturned at the train tracks opposite Elmhurst Park. The theft took place between 11pm Saturday 28th February and 2.30am on Sunday 1st March. If you have any information about this incident please contact Suffolk Police on 101 reference WO/15/377.

There are currently containers for recycling beverage cartons (Tetra Pak) at the recycling site at the rear of Woodbridge Community Centre. Since November 2014, however, these items have been accepted in the blue-lidded kerbside recycling bins, and, therefore, the bring to site containers for cartons will now be withdrawn.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a spate of thefts from pay and display ticket machines in Woodbridge. Three machines were broken into overnight between Thursday 15 January and Friday 16 January. Entry was forced to machines on Station Road and The Avenue with several hundred pounds being stolen from each machine. There was also an attempt at breaking into a machine on Hamblin Road, but no money was taken.
Police are appealing for information after an attempt was made to break into two homes in Woodbridge. At around 3.30am this morning, Tuesday 13th January residents in Cumberland Street woken by the sound of breaking glass discovered a ground floor window at the property had been prised open causing a pane of glass to fall and shatter. No entry was gained and nothing stolen.
