  • Librarian Theatre production of Alice in Wonderland

    A touring theatre company visiting Woodbridge Library with an original  stage adaptation of Lewis Carroll's 'Alice in Wonderland'

    Formed in 2015 to work in partnership with libraries, Librarian Theatre use their varied spaces to make top-quality professional theatre accessible to all, while at the same time supporting library services.   This production is supported library services.  This production is supported by a grant from the Arts Council.  Entitled 'Alice in the Cuckoo's Nest', the play is a modern re-imagining of Carroll's work and as well as portraying the well known characters that Alice meets, the production does not shy away from the darker sides of the story, tackling the theme of mental well-being in an open and sympathetic way.
