Woodbridge Town Council is backing a campaign to get half a million people out and about cleaning up their local communities in March 2019.
As part of its support for the country’s biggest-ever community clear up the Town Council, along with Transition Woodbridge, is seeking volunteers to take part in organised litter-picks on the 22nd - 24th March

Friday 22nd March - AM and PM

Saturday 23rd March - AM and PM

Sunday 24th March - AM only

The Town Mayor, Councillor David Mortimer said: ‘The Great British Spring Clean is about everyone working together to clean up the litter that blights our landscape and communities and we’re delighted to be taking part and bringing people together to tackle an issue that many people care passionately about.’

Volunteers are asked to email Carol via springcleanwoodbridge@gmail.com for more information or to confirm they’d like to take part. All equipment will be provided on the day. Only people pre-registering will be allowed to participate to control numbers and ensure safety.
