We have received the following update from Network Rail regarding the proposed closures of level crossings in Woodbridge.
For your information, Suffolk Highways are planning to carry out road resurfacing and drainage improvements along B1438 Ipswich Road, Woodbridge (from Cherry Tree Road to Station Road). The works are programmed to take place overnight between 8 and 10 December 2022. The road will be closed between 7pm and 6am to ensure that we can carry out our works safely.

Councillor Patrick Gillard, the Town Mayor presented Brenda Jackson with the Cup at Town Council last night further to her nomination following her work at the New Horizons Club:
Five local Woodbridge schools attended a Children's Service on Market Hill for Armistice Day, they laid their crosses to the names of local fallen soldiers. They followed by a gathering and talk with soldiers from 23 Parachute Engineers Regiment and Royal British Legion members.
