On Saturday 19th August the Shire Hall hosted the second Creators and Makers showcase organised by the Mayor of Woodbridge, Councillor Clare Perkins on behalf of Woodbridge Creative Arts. The event is organised to show off the broad range of creative talent we have in town and the exhibitors included;
The Woodbridge Town Council planning committee met on Tuesday 18th July 2017 to discuss, amongst other applications, the re-development of the former Suffolk Coastal District Council offices on Melton Hill (Planning application DC/17/2840/FUL).
New Street will be closed on Monday 10th July between 06:00 - 18:00 to allow for repairs on the Bell and Steelyard weighbridge. The closure will be between Seckford Street and St Johns Hill as shown on the maps below.

The Mayor of Woodbridge, Councillor Clare Perkins, along with her Deputy, Councillor David Mortimer, attended the newly relocated Woodbridge Market on Thursday 25th May, basking in the fine weather and enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market. They were joined by their fellow councillors Lady Caroline Blois, Veronica Falconer, Geoff Holdcroft and Sheena Rawlings to support the Love Your Local Market fortnight, an event celebrating and promoting local markets.
