Kingston Pavilion Cafe - Closure and Expressions of Interest for future use

The Kingston Pavilion Café is now closed – the Council’s lease for the property with Access Community Trust (ACT) will expire on March 31st 2025. Woodbridge Town Council are thankful to ACT for their commitment to the local community for the past five years; their work during the COVID-19 pandemic when they prepared hundreds of meals for local families was greatly appreciated. WTC wish ACT well for their future endeavours.

Whilst the Council consider the long-term plans for the property which may include extension/ development, and the wider use of Kingston Field to make it both more attractive to users and to improve its biodiversity, the Council wishes to enter into a short-term lease for the use of the property (former café section only).

The Council are therefore seeking expressions of interest from interested persons/ organisations for the below defined services - to download the expression of interest (EOI) word document, please click on the link below:

• The use of the Pavilion as café/ food and beverage retail.
• Mobile refreshment vending on Kingston Field.
